Terms of Service
By downloading, accessing, or using Corect, including the mobile app, the website, the free web form check, subscriptions, workout analysis, routines, exercise catalog, sharing features, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of service
Corect is a fitness technology service that uses on-device tools, backend systems, and artificial intelligence to analyze exercise technique, detect reps, generate feedback, suggest routines, provide exercise guidance, track workout history, and create shareable summaries.
Access, subscriptions, and usage
Some features may be free, while advanced analysis, usage capacity, routine generation, history, sharing, or future coaching features may require an active subscription, entitlement, invitation, or waitlist access. AI and analysis features may be subject to usage limits, reset windows, file-size limits, moderation, and availability constraints. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store, renew automatically unless canceled under that provider's rules, and are refunded by that provider unless the law requires otherwise.
The free web form check
Our website offers a free form check. To use it you must sign in with Sign in with Apple. The free check is limited to one per Apple account, for the life of that account. We may change, limit, pause, or withdraw this offer at any time, and we may refuse or remove any upload.
Eligibility and uploads
You must be 16 or older to upload a video to the web form check. Only upload video you have the right to use, and in which everyone visible agrees to the upload. We do not publish videos uploaded to the web form check, we do not show them to other users, and we delete them within 24 hours. We may refuse or remove any upload.

Medical disclaimer
Corect provides fitness information and AI-generated coaching cues for general educational purposes only. Corect is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, personal training, or emergency care. Heart rate and energy figures Corect reads from Apple Health come from your device sensors and are not medical measurements. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms and seek appropriate professional help.
AI accuracy and availability
The analysis is produced automatically from the video you supply, and its accuracy depends on that video. Poor lighting, a shaky or moving camera, low resolution, an unusual camera angle, loose clothing, obstructions, other people in the frame, or any part of your body leaving the frame can all cause an incorrect or incomplete result. AI analysis, pose detection, rep counts, scores, routines, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Corect does not warrant that any analysis, score, measurement, or coaching cue is accurate, complete, or suitable for you. Do not rely on the analysis as the sole basis for changing how you train or lift.
Limitation of liability
You use Corect at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corect and its developers are not liable for injuries, damages, data loss, workout decisions, or other losses resulting from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
Intellectual property
All Corect content, features, designs, logos, software, and related materials are owned by Corect or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
User content
You retain ownership of videos, workout notes, routines, and other content you provide or create in Corect. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process, analyze, display, and create derived measurements or summaries from that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Corect. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for any content you submit or share.
Privacy
Your use of Corect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains our data collection and use practices.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Corect, including beta, waitlist, AI, catalog, routine, subscription, and sharing features, at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access to Corect, with or without cause and with or without notice, after which your right to use Corect ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corect operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
